What Is Tiangong AI Search?
Tiangong AI Search (天工AI搜索) is the AI search product from Kunlun Tech （昆仑万维）, powered by its Tiangong large-model family. The domestic site is tiangong.cn; the international edition is Skywork (skywork.ai). Ask in plain language and get a direct, sourced answer instead of a link list. 国内官网 tiangong.cn，国际版叫 Skywork（skywork.ai）。
Its flagship is Skywork Super Agents （天工超级智能体） — a deep-research agent that decomposes complex topics, plans a research path, and delivers results you can actually use, pitched as an 'AI Office'. It can generate documents, PPTs, spreadsheets, webpages, and even podcasts from your research.
Build a personal knowledge base: upload PDFs, Word docs, PPTs, spreadsheets, audio recordings, or URLs — up to 50 documents per base, and you can create multiple bases. Then generate reports, slides, tables, pages, and podcasts grounded in your own material. A free quota is available; check the official site for plan details.
Tiangong is the AI search to pick when the question is too big for a quick answer: the deep-research agent plus the personal knowledge base genuinely turns scattered material into deliverables — reports, decks, even podcasts. For simple lookups it is overkill; keep a lightweight search tool alongside it. Confirm quota details on tiangong.cn before committing to a paid workflow.
